Most probable cause Remedy

uMic is no longer recognized by the streamer with

which it was previously paired

Ask your hearing healthcare

professional to recongure

your streamer and the

hearing aids

The charging time is longer than usual

Device is being used

during charging

Charging during use is

possible, however, the

charging time is increased by

The charger is not

providing enough

charging current

Only use chargers approved

by Unitron
